What happens if it rains?
In the event of light rain, we ask that you power the inflatable on which will keep the rain from flooding the inside of the unit. If heavy rain is expected, you can pull the blower off and put it in dry area, the unit itself is fine to leave in the rain.
Can I use water on a bounce house?
Under no circumstances should water be used with any dry units. However, we have plenty of wet units available for rent. We will be glad to let you know what water units are available for you to rent for your event.
Are the units cleaned before rental?
Yes! All of our units are cleaned thoroughly using a disinfecting wash. After each rental, every unit is cleaned, disinfected, and sanitized.
Cancellation Policy?
Do you offer pick up?
Yes! All dry units are available for pick up which waives the $65 delivery fee. All wet units are required to be delivered and do not have the option for pick up, due to setup and weight restrictions.
What is included in my rental?
All of our units come with everything you need: Unit, blower, extension cord, hose, tarp, tarp stakes, unit stakes
We are constantly watching the weather with you to determine if this may be a factor for your event date. As weather forecasts can change drastically and repeatedly within days of your event, we do not typically make decisions until about 48 hours prior to your event date. If we cancel your rental request, a full refund including the deposit will be provided.
